$160 mm Private Placement Completed for CPIC 

On March 31, 2006, Chongqing Polycomp International Corp (CPIC), represented by Etech, successfully raised $160 million through a private placement with Carlyle Group as the leading investor. This was the first time the International investment group made an minority investment in a SOE company located in Western China.
