Etech Securities Senior Management Team hold meetings with top Chinese Officials

Etech’s senior management group, including Etech Securities, Inc Vice Chairman & Principal Managing Director Mr. Daniel De Tour, Ms. Chen Yan, Executive Vice President, Etech Securities President of China Operation Mr. Zhang Yu, met with Dr. Zhang Yujun President of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Mr. De Tour and Dr. Zhang Yujun had a friendly discussion on the cooperation and development of operations. Both expressed interests in cooperation of the introduction and common development of financial and professional services in China and overseas.

Daniel De Tour Vice Chairman of Etech Securities, Executive Vice President Chen Yan, Director Amy Zheng and James A. Thomson Chairman & CEO of the Rand Corp. along with Mr. William H. Overholt Board Member & Director of the Asia Policy Research Center for the Rand Corp. met with Wang Chao Assistant Minister - Ministry of Commerce PRC, He Ning Director General - Department of American & Oceanian Affairs Ministry of Commerce PRC and Zheng Hongye – Former Chairman China Council for the Promotion of International Trade & China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Mr. Dong Songgen Vice Chairman CCPIT China Council for the Promotion of International Trade China Chamber of International Commerce. Other senior Etech management attended including Etech International’s Vice Chairman Joe Liu, Etech Group Executive Vice President Ms. Chen Yan, and Etech International Vice President Mr. Hank.

Afterwards, Mr. De Tour and Ms. Chen Yan along with Rand Corp Director of Asia Policy Research Center and other Etech Executives met with Zhao Dongping CEO and Vice CEO Kuang Xuzhong of China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation. At this meeting they came to an agreement to further their cooperation.

After the successful meeting with the China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation, Mr. De Tour and Ms. Chen Yan along with Rand Corp Director of Asia Policy Research Center met with Mr. Dong Songgen Vice Chairman CCPIT China Council for the Promotion of International Trade China Chamber of International Commerce.

At noon on the same day, Mr. De Tour along with the other Etech Executives and the Rand Corp Executives had a business luncheon with Mr. Xu Lin, Director General of Finance Ministry, National Development and Reform Commission, PRC

在亿泰国际资本副董事长刘景耀先生的带领下，拜会了上海证券交易所总经理张
育军博士。双方就彼此的业务展开了友好的讨论，并且在为中国和海外的共同客
户引入发展资金和专业服务方面表达了合作兴趣。

4月25日，兰德公司总裁兼首席执行官James A. Thomson、亿泰证券董事兼亚太
策略中心董事William H. Overholt以及亿泰证券副董事长但尼尔.帝图（Daniel De
Tour）、亿泰国际资本副董事长刘景耀、亿泰证券集团执行副总裁陈燕、亿泰国际
资本副总裁Hank一行共同拜会了中国商务部部长助理王超、美洲大洋洲司长何
宁、中国长城资产管理公司总公司总裁赵东平、副总裁匡绪忠以及中国国际贸易
促进委员会副会长董松根。并在当天中午，兰德公司和亿泰证券高层一行与中国
发展与改革委员会金融司司长徐林先生共进了商务午餐。
