Etech Exchanges Board Members with Rand Corporation

Rand Corporation officially approved Mr. William H. Overholt’s participation in Etech’s Advisory Board, and also invited Etech’s CEO Mr. N. Jay Liang to be the board member of its Center for Asia Pacific Public Policy. Mr. Overholt is currently the Chair for Rand’s Asia Pacific Public Policy, and previously Head of Strategy and Economics at Nomura’s regional headquarters in Hong Kong from 1998 to 2001, and as Managing Director and Head of Research at Bank Boston's regional headquarters in Singapore.  During 18 years at Bankers Trust, he ran a country risk team in New York from 1980 to 1984, and then was appointed as regional strategist and Asia research head based in Hong Kong from 1985 to 1998.

董事会成员的交换任命。兰德公司亚太公共政策委员会主席William H. Overholt先
生，挟前野村证券亚太区首席策略家暨首席经济学家、前银行家信托集团亚太区首
席策略家暨首席经济学家等二十余年资深投资银行经验，加入亿泰证券集团顾问委
员，势必为亿泰带来丰富的经验、深厚的人脉和卓越的领袖能力。

亿泰证券集团执行长梁捷扬先生则也应邀加入兰德公司担任亚太公共政策董事。作
为兰德公司新任亚太公共政策董事，梁捷扬先生随后与印度首富塔塔先生、凯雷集
团前任暨荣退董事长和美国前国防部长卡鲁奇先生等其他担任兰德公司董事的世界
政商领袖一道，在兰德公司总部出席了为期两天的董事年会。
