Chairman of Etech International, Inc., Professor Chun-Chig Chang visited Beijing

亿泰国际资本董事长张昌吉教授于本月26日至29到京考察，集团执
行副总裁、董事总经理陈燕女士率美国团队涂元瀚、北京团队杨眉、
李佳冰共同出席了全程会议。

From July 26 to 29, Chairman of Etech International, Inc., Professor Chun-Chig Chang visited Beijing.  Ms. Yan Chen, Managing Director and Vice President of Etech Group, Hank Tu from the head office, and Charles Yang, Gina Li from Etech Beijing fully attended all meetings.

程凤朝教授一行。双方就合作建立基金管理公司的战略思路进行了深
入而积极的论证，并达成可操作性共识。

Professor Chang met with Professor FengChao Cheng, General Manager of the China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation (Tianjin Branch) and his team at the Beijing International hotel. Both sides discussed the key issues relating to the establishment of a fund management corporation. Moreover, the meeting ended on a consensus as well.

张教授还拜访了中国总会计师协会，与协会秘书长董锋先生充分探讨
了共享总会计师协会会员资源、共建合作平台的可行性，收到积极的
回应。协会国际部沈峻梅副主任、民营分会王新明常务副秘书长参加
了会见。

Professor Chang also visited China’s Association of Chief Financial Officers and met with Mr. Feng Dong, Secretary General of the association; they fully discussed issues with regards to the sharing of those resources belonging to the members of the association, and the feasibility of establishing a platform of cooperation, and produced a positive common idea. Ms. JunMei Shen, Deputy Director of the international department, and Mr. XinMing Wang, Vice Secretary General, also attended the meeting.

张教授又马不停蹄地前往坐落在北京金融街的中央汇金公司，拜会了
副董事长汪建熙博士。双方从多角度、全方位、立体研究了中国金融
（特别是基金）业的发展历程、行业现状和政策走向，此次会谈对我
们现行思路的实施有着很高的参考价值和指导意义。

Professor Chang subsequently visited the Central SAFE Investments Ltd. located on the Finance Street in Beijing and met with the Vice-Chairman, Dr. Jesse Wang. Both sides fully investigated in the development of the Chinese financial industry (especially with a focus on the development of funds), the current situation of industry as well as policy trends, which shed great light on our current framework of thought.

张教授还与业内朋友共进晚餐，共同畅谈了国内外金融机构的运营现
状和市场氛围。出席晚宴的有UBS（中国）执行董事索莉晖女士、
纽约银行中国区总经理陈清先生、金思维投资咨询公司总裁徐春先
生。并与前中央部委王健先生交换了对中国房地产市场的诸多见解。

Professor Chang dined with several professional friends and spoke freely about current situation of the operations of financial institutions in both domestic and foreign financial markets. Ms. Lihui Suo, Managing Director of UBS (China), Mr. Larry Chen, China Country Manager and Chief Representative of the Bank of New York, and Mr. Chun Xu, President of Kingsway Investment Advisors all attended the dinner. Professor Chang also exchanged opinions about the Chinese real estate market with Mr. Jian Wang, a former officer of the Chinese central government.
