Ms. Yan Chen Joins Etech as Group EVP & MD
Ms. Yan Chen holds the title of Group Executive Vice President and Managing Director, and is responsible for daily management of the investment banking business in the Greater China Areas, government and public relations, and for supervising and assisting large i-bank projects. Ms. Chen shall report directly to the CEO of Etech Securities, Inc., and represent the CEO upon his authorization.
Ms. Chen has over 17 years of international finance management experience. She gained strong leadership from her accounting experience in No. 5 Ministry of Machine Industries of PRC, Senior Project Manager in the Financial Division of CITIC, Executive Vice President and Financial Representative to Europe and the Americas of NORINCO, General Manager (China) and Controller of International Institute for Learning, Inc. She also participated in establishing, financing and managing subsidiaries with over $100 million in total for the aforementioned international conglomerates. She is also well connected with Wall Street and senior-level government officials, as well as financial professionals in China.

司会计师、中信集团兴业公司财务部高级项目经理、中国北方工业公司财务金
融部副总经理、北方公司派驻欧洲和美洲地区财务总代表、北信财务公司（纽
约）总裁、美国（IIL）全球集团公司财务总监及中国地区总经理。陈燕女士在
美 曾亲自主理资产上千万美元财务公司的注册、组建、经营和发展的全过程；
同时兼管资产总额上亿美元的数家国际贸易公司的资本运作；与华尔街金融界
、中国政府及金融业内高层保持着良好关系。
