Etech and Hengtai Green Hi-tech Entered into an Advisory Agreement

Los Angeles, U.S. September 18, 2006, Chairman of Yangling Hengtai Green Hi-tech Stock Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen and President of Etech Securities Inc. Jay Liang have officially entered into investment banking advisory agreement in Etech corporate office.

泰洛杉矶总部正式签署海外上市协议。
