Etech and Tianlong Entered Into Advisory Agreement

Etech and Tianlong Pharmaceutical Group, the largest drug maker from Northeast China held press conference in San Gabriel Hilton Hotel. All major Chinese media attended the press conference.  Tianlong Chairman Mr. Luo Rongji and Etech’s CEO Mr. N. Jay Liang officially entered into the investment banking advisory agreement taking Tianlong to public through reverse merger under the witness of Vice Mayor of Panjin Mr. Xu Jisheng, Vice Secretary General Mr. Ma Xinhua, Mayor of Pasadena Mr. Bill Bogaard, Former Monterey Park Mayor Ms. Lily Lee Chan and major medias from Chinese communities. Mr. Tom Wang, Mr. Barry Rosenblatt, Mr. Mark Yan Meng and Mr. Jeremy Goodwin from Etech also attended the ceremony.
