Etech Welcome Jiangsu Party Secretary Honorable Mr. Li Yuanchao

Etech proudly joined Asia Society in welcoming Jiangsu Province Party Secretary Honorable Mr. Li Yuanchao in Beverly Hills, CA. Sponsoring the dinner for Mr. Li, President of Etech Securities, Inc. Mr. N. Jay Liang, Chairwoman of Etech Capital Group Ms. Angel Wang, Senior Managing Director Thomas O’Mally, Managing Director Mr. Tom Wang, Managing Direct Allan YX Cao, Managing Director of Etech China Growth Fund Mr. Barry Rosenblatt and SVP George Wung attended the welcoming dinner.

Mr. Li expressed sincere appreciation to Etech’s great contribution in the MG Rover and Nanjing Auto Group Joint Venture. He also regret that Nanjing Auto Group did not complete the capital operation recommended by Etech and that Etech should continue to work on Nanjin Auto Group for future capital raising. Mr. Li further directed Mr. Wang Hua, Director  General of Jiangsu Provincial Foreign Affairs Office to arrange Etech’s visit to Jiangsu again and to arrange candidate companies for Etech’s investment banking services.

席间，李书记特别肯定了亿泰团队在南京汽车集团与MG ROVER汽车公司合资项
目中的贡献，并遗憾地表示南京汽车没有进一步地通过亿泰证券取得金融资本乃是
一大失误。李书记希望亿泰团队能继续为包括南汽在内的江苏企业引入金融资本、
协助发展地方经济，更特别现场转托江苏省外办主任王华先生安排亿泰团队进一步
访问江苏和会见部分江苏企业。
