Yan Chen

Executive Vice President and Managing Director

Ms. Yan Chen holds the title of Executive Vice President and Managing Director, and is responsible for daily and strategic management of the investment banking business in the Greater China Areas, government and public relations, and for supervising and assisting large i-bank projects.

Ms. Chen has over 17 years of international finance management experience. She gained strong leadership from her accounting experience in No. 5 Ministry of Machine Industries of PRC, Senior Project Manager in the Financial Division of CITIC, Executive Vice President and Financial Representative to Europe and the Americas of NORINCO, General Manager (China) and Controller of International Institute for Learning, Inc. She also participated in establishing, financing and managing subsidiaries with over $100 million in total for the aforementioned international conglomerates. She is also well connected with Wall Street and senior-level government officials, as well as financial professionals in China.

陈燕女士具有17年跨国公司海外金融财务高级主管的工作经验，并具有杰出的业
务开拓、出色的领导，组织和管理才能。陈燕女士曾担任中华人民共和国第五机械
工业部财务司会计师、中信集团兴业公司财务部高级项目经理、中国北方工业公司
财务金融部副总经理、北方公司派驻欧洲和美洲地区财务总代表、北信财务公司
（纽约）总裁、美国（IIL）全球集团公司财务总监及中国地区总经理。陈燕女士
在美曾亲自主理从注册、组建直至发展和经营了资产过千万美元财务公司的全过
程；同时兼管资产总额上亿美元的数家国际贸易公司的资本运作；与华尔街金融
界、中国政府及金融业内高层保持着良好关系。
