Mr. Tom Wang became a member of the Board of Directors of Werke in December 2000.  Mr Wang is currently President of Shengyang Saiao Healthy Products Company, Ltd, U Mart and Meyyang International Group Corporation.  Mr. Wang is also Vice-Chairman of Shengyang Municipal Commission of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade. 

From 1990 until 1994 Mr. Wang was Chairman of Shengyang Metals and Minerals Import and Export Group.  From 1988 until 1990 he was General Manager of China Metals and Minerals Import and Export Corporation.  From 1985 through 1988 he was General Manager of the China Machinery Import and Export Corporation.

Mr. Wang was educated at Shengzhen University and the Beijing Trade University and received a Masters Degree in Economics and International Finance from Liaoning University.
