Prof. James Chang

Dr. James C. Chang was the Managing Director of National Labor Insurance Fund and National Labor Pension Fund from 1997 to 1998 in Taiwan government while he was the former Deputy Minister of Labor Department of Taiwan Government. He is also the board member of Bowa Bank and the consultant of several profit and non-profit institutions. Through various experience, Dr. Chang established a special connection among academy, industry, and government. He has a Ph.D. and a master in Policy Science from University of Maryland, with focusing on economy.
