邢淳先生加入亿泰集团，荣任投资银行中国业务区资深副总裁

Being the dual-holder of a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in China and a Master’s degree in finance from New York State University, Mr. Chun Xing (Andy) has indisputably been the recipient of several top-notch educational programs, be it academic or professional. With more than 10 years of overseas working experience in different fields and geographies under his belt, he has come to develop both a comprehensive vision and a profound understanding of the cultures of Chinese and foreign businesses. Not only does he possess strong marketing skills, but his broad professional network also spans many dimensions, particularly in the Chinese aerospace industry and the Ministry of Energy.

Moreover, Mr. Chun Xing founded Harmony Group (U.S.A.) Inc. in New York, a stellar organization that facilitated the business relationship between China and the U.S. He arranged for several dozen high-profile Chinese officials and business delegations to come the United States for both visitation and professional purposes. He built a strong partnership with the China Youth Center for International Exchange in Beijing. During this period, he accompanied numerous financial delegations to visit Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclay Capital, Blackstone Group, NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange, and other instrumental players of the U.S. capital market.

In addition, he worked as an equity trader for HLV Trading LLC, a Wall Street firm that specializes in U.S. equity and option trading from 2001 to 2003. He has accumulated trading experiences in the U.S. stock market and gained extensive knowledge about the broader economic impact on financial markets. While he has employed technical analysis into his short-term trading activities, he also believes in the significant impact that fundamental analyses could have on creating long-term shareholder value.   

邢淳先生受到良好的专业教育和职业训练，拥有力学工程学士学位和纽约州立大学MBA
金融硕士学位。十余年的海外经历赋予他对中国、美国及其澳洲的多国经验和综合视野，
并深刻领悟中外企业文化的各自千秋。有较强的市场技能，特别是在中国航天工业部、能
源部等具有广泛和扎实的人脉网络。

邢淳先生曾在美国创建纽约和谐公司， 并领导和管理公司的日常经营。他组织和促成了
数十个中国高层官方和商界代表团访问美国或在美国开展业务，并与中国青年国际交流
中心建立了良好的合作伙伴关系。在此期间，他曾陪同众多中国金融代表团访问高盛、
摩根士丹利、巴克莱资本、黑石集团、纳斯达克、纽约证券交易所等机构，对美国资本
市场有着颇多的了解。

自2001至2003年间， 邢淳先生作为华尔街公司的交易员，专门负责美国股票和期权交
易，既运用技术分析来规划交易的策略、制定短期目标，也推崇基本估值法，从财务报
表分析的层面获得长期的收益，故而积累了多种交易技巧与经验，并养成了对美国股市
、债券市场及各项经济指标保持广泛关注的思维模式。邢淳先生力求不断拓展自己的职
业生涯，加盟亿泰集团，致力在投行领域中开创一片新的天地。
